The renter must provide a valid driving licence, Emirates ID or passport, and any other documents required under UAE law. The vehicle may only be driven by the renter or an additional driver approved and registered in the rental agreement. The renter is responsible for traffic fines, Salik and toll charges, parking fees, fuel differences, late-return fees, excess mileage, vehicle damage, and any applicable administrative charges. The security deposit amount varies by vehicle and is collected, held, and refunded directly by the vendor. Ananda Hub does not collect or hold security deposits. Any deductions or refund timelines are subject to the vendor’s rental terms and the verification of fines, tolls, damages, and other outstanding charges. The vehicle must be returned on the agreed date and time, in the same condition and with the agreed fuel level. Any extension requires prior approval from the vendor. Smoking, racing, drifting, off-road driving, towing, subleasing, and using the vehicle for illegal activities are strictly prohibited. In the event of an accident, theft, or damage, the renter must immediately contact the police and the vendor and obtain an official police report. Insurance coverage may be rejected if no police report is provided. The renter may be responsible for the insurance excess and any damage not covered by insurance, including damage caused by negligence, misuse, or a violation of the rental terms.
